Our Returns & Refund terms
PREMIERE ALCO acknowledges the existence of a defect in purchased products in the following cases:
If the received bottle shows external damage (for example: a crack, breakage, shattering, etc.).
If the received bottle does not match the ordered product (different brand, volume, or packaging).
Note: Minor variations in color or label are not considered defects, as they may be due to lighting, display settings, or an updated packaging version.
In such cases, the customer must:
Take clear photos of the damaged product or packaging.
Contact a PREMIERE ALCOΒ representative by phone, email, or direct message on social media and send the photos.
If the damage is confirmed, the company will collect the defective product and offer the customer one of the following options:
A full refund (the amount will be returned to the same account from which payment was made).
Delivery of a new, undamaged bottle.
Exchange the product for another beverage. In this case, any price difference will either be charged to or refunded to the customerβs account, depending on the value of the chosen product.
