These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and LLC “Premiere Alco” (I/N 405538486) (the “Company”) and govern your use of the Company’s website. The Company’s website, the products and offers displayed on it, and any other related services—including communications with Company representatives—are collectively referred to as “PREMIERE ALCO.”

In these Terms, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set out below:

Website – the Company’s online platform at www.premiere.ge, which allows users to browse products, place orders, and receive services.
User – any natural or legal person who uses the Company’s platform.
Company – LLC “Premiere Alco,” duly registered under the laws of Georgia.
Operation – any action performed by a User on the Company’s website, including placing orders and making payments.
Products – alcoholic beverages and other imported goods offered in the Company’s assortment.

2. Declarations and Warranties

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that:

You are at least 18 years old, which is required for purchasing alcohol;
You agree to and will comply with these Terms and Conditions;
All information you provide when placing an order is truthful and accurate;
Your actions on the Website comply with all applicable laws.

3. User Identification

When placing an order, the user must provide the following information:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Delivery address

The Company reserves the right to request age verification during the delivery process.

4. Products Offered by the Company

PREMIERE ALCO offers high-quality imported alcoholic beverages, including Belgian beers, wines, and sparkling wines. Products are available for purchase in both retail and wholesale quantities.

5. Contract Term and Termination

Your order and payment constitute your performance of the agreement. The Company’s delivery of the ordered product(s) constitutes its performance. An order may only be canceled if the product is damaged or does not match what was ordered (see the Return Policy for details).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising between the parties shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of general jurisdiction of Georgia.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior understandings or agreements
